Job Description – Professional Oil Massage Job
We are looking for a skilled and professional massage therapist to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality oil massage services to male clients
- Creating a relaxing and comfortable environment
- Communicating effectively with clients in English (Japanese ability is a plus)
- Maintaining hygiene and professionalism at all times
Requirements – Massage Therapist Hiring in Japan

Prior experience in massage therapy, relaxation salons, or esthetic services is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to develop your skills to a professional level.
Experience as a personal trainer or yoga instructor is highly valued.
- Male, 20-49 years old
- Experience in massage therapy or preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- English fluency (Japanese language skills are a plus)
- Comfortable working with an LGBTQ+ (gay, bi, straight) clientele
- Reliable, professional, and friendly attitude
Job Details – Full-Time or Part-Time Massage Job in Tokyo
Employment types include contract work, part-time, full-time, and side jobs. We will discuss and decide on a mutually agreeable arrangement.
- Location: At the studio in Ebisu, Shibuya, Tokyo, or the client’s place (mobile massage)
- Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time
- Salary: Commission-based (30% – 55% of the service fee), fixed salary (¥250,000 – ¥600,000/month), hourly wage (¥1,500 – ¥3,000/hour), or hybrid systems (Base pay ¥200,000 + commission), to be discussed
- Training provided
